JONO DAVIS

Producing Artistic Director

Jono is the Artistic Director of The Overture Series (2023 & 2024 Telly Award winner, 2023 Suzi Bass Award winner, 2022 & 2023 BroadwayWorld Award winner). He is currently the Executive Director of the Aurora Theatre and the Lawrenceville Arts Center. Previously, Jono was the Artistic Director & Manager of the Jennie T. Anderson Theatre for nine years. He also served as Entertainment Coordinator for Cobb PARKS Special Events, notably the Cobb International Festival which was awarded Event of the Year by Cobb Travel & Tourism. Jono has been nominated three times for Artist of the Year by Cobb Life Magazine's Best of Cobb Awards.

In the last decade, Jono's had his hands in over 80 productions in Atlanta. He has worked and performed at Actor’s Express, Alliance Theatre, Arts Clayton, Atlanta Lyric Theatre, Aurora Theatre, Fabrefaction Theatre, Georgia Ensemble Theatre (Suzi Bass Award performance nominee), and SAIAH. Jono recently served as Lead Casting Director for an upcoming new musical series coming to Apple TV+. Outside of the Gwinnett, Jono is the Executive Director of Georgia Theatre Conference, the state’s longest-running theatre convention. He also generates all marketing and manages social media outlets for the The Overture Series. Thank you for supporting the arts!

GOLBANOO SETAYESH

Production Specialist

Golbanoo is excited to be a part of The Overture Series staff and an employee of the Aurora Theatre. She was recently seen in the Atlanta Shakespeare Tavern's Romeo & Juliet and the Anderson Theatre concert series productions The Wild Party, The Secret Garden, and Next to Normal (Suzi Bass Award nominee). Golbanoo also starred in The Addams Family and Beehive at the Atlanta Lyric Theatre, Big Fish at Act 3, and Sophie and the Pirates and Henry V at Gainesville Theatre Alliance. She assistant directed the productions of John & Jen and The Light in the Piazza at the Anderson Theatre. She was also seen in "Endgame" (Carmen Marron 2015). Golbanoo loves cats, the color aqua, and she believed she was a squirrel until the age of seven.

LEO THOMASIAN

Production Specialist

Leo is thrilled to be the on The Overture Series team and the Aurora Theatre staff. He has been fortunate enough to find work as a professional actor since 2014 and has performed extensively for audiences throughout the DFW Metroplex, Greater Atlanta area, New England, and on tour throughout the United States. Having roots in Dallas, TX, he was most recently seen in Spring Awakening and The Light in the Piazza at the Jennie T. Anderson Theatre, Beautiful at Aurora Theatre, Harry Connick Jr.'s The Happy Elf and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe at Dallas Children's Theatre. Leo enjoys video games, craft beer, trying to figure out how Diva Plavalaguna did that thing with her voice in The Fifth Element, and dogs.
